With all the horrible news coming out of the tragic ship accident in Italy, I realized I am overdue in reporting on our own cruise experience a few weeks ago. "Cheezy" Mashed Cauliflower

Happy New Year everyone! I'm going to write a post about how we dealt with the food on our cruise in the next few days, but I wanted to share a quick one tonight.
Charlie's awesome 4th grade teacher came over for dinner and although she told us she was not a big cauliflower fan when she heard it was being served, she ended up taking a second helping.
