75 Days...50 pounds!

That's right, the Big Sexy is down 50 pounds in only 75 days. I have stuffed my pie hole with anything vegan I choose, exercised, and even with a couple of the bumps I've had in the past few weeks with my health...I'm leaner.....sexier...and back to exercising, feeling energized, loving my food and happy as shit to be healthy and thinner.

Body Wars

When we don't feel well, there's usually little that we can do to avoid the low grade fever, sore throat, cough. Sure, some like Jack LaLanne or Thomas Jefferson believed that they were privy to secret antidotes that allowed for prolonged health and wellness and that prevented these minor setbacks.

Whatever it may be that temporarily weakens a person, usually the healthier and stronger you are, the shorter the episode.

The Plan

I've never felt better than I have since I started this journey....never. My first hospital admission last month turned out to be a weird muscle tear that healed in a fraction of the time they projected it would take. I exercised rigorously and regularly beginning just 5 days after. That was not a health related injury.

Deja Vu All Over Again... Again

I'm sorry I disappeared. I'm embarrassed, emasculated even, to tell all of you that I've been admitted to the hospital again. I'm so upset I haven't even told my closest friends, siblings, etc. I guess this is the easiest way to just tell everyone.

Before this past month, I was in second grade the last time I was admitted to a hospital.
